After reading "A Wagner Matinee," blog about a time when music moved you. What was the song? Who sang it? Where were you? What happened?

If wanting to dance to the music counts as moving, then that is the only way music moved me

I like listening to calm music. The music I listen to helps with dreams. When I listen to no music I either have no dreams or I don't remember. When I listen to music I always remember my dreams. I just find it entertaining.

a time music has moved me was during a concert at the jr high performing arts center. the wind ensemble and I played 4 movements of "The Divine Comedy" by Robert W. Smith. also known as "Dante's Inferno", the soundtrack / music scores are very powerful, at the same time moving. especially when your the one playing it

I was sitting at my computer desk when the song "Swing Life Away" by Rise Against I never realized the message behind the song until I got older but the song has since become my all time favorite. The song may vary depending on how you comprehend the lyrics, but to me the song is about just getting through life, and trying to have a good time even though life is hard and we don’t make much money, to live life to the fullest with little opportunities.

Music moved me the most at my first concert. Sparks The Resuce at the station with my two best friends. It was my first concert and being right in the middle of the crowd, the most pits, and the energy from the crowd was so amazing.

Music has always been a big part of my life. I love heavy music for when i feel like doing something physical it pumps me up. I also like rap and other less aggressive music when I am looking for something motivating. I am a big fan of political music as well as music with a strong message. I always wanted to do something with music but I am not sure what kind of music i would drift towards.

It depends on what mood im in with the kind of music I listen to. I like mostly classic rock and music from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. Music inspires me in every way, I always have to have it.

Music is a way to express emotions without words, like the opposite of poetry. There's music that makes us happy and music that makes us sad or even music that just makes us want to dance. Music is a way of connecting people together because it's the same in every language because music is a language of it's own.

I can't think of a specific time when music moved me. But, whenever I listen to Jonny Craig, I'm speechless. His voice is amazing in every way and it definitely affects me in ways that other music does not.
